About Top Window Fixing

Top Window Fixing is a passive fire protection installer founded in 2017 and based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. We work across the UK on high-rise residential and commercial buildings, for main contractors, facade subcontractors, building managers and housing associations.

Our installers are NVQ Level 2/3, led by site supervisors and FIRAS-accredited supervisors, with technicians who have up to 20 years in the trade; a typical project has 5 to 15 installers.

We are FIRAS certified for cavity barriers and penetration sealing (Certificate No. JA8184, issued by Warringtonfire). We photograph every stage, send daily reports, inspect our own work before sign-off and hand over the FIRAS Certificate of Conformity on certified scopes. We hold £10m public liability cover.
