Who we are

This website is run by TOP WINDOW FIXING LTD (Company No. 10860385, registered in England & Wales), trading as Top Window Fixing. You can contact us by email at elenafeliciap@yahoo.co.uk or by phone on 07846 797891.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, role, phone number, email address, project details, the scope you choose and any drawings you upload.

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us so that we can reply.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

We only send you occasional updates if you tick the separate box on the form; you can ask us to stop at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and drawings for up to two years after our last contact, unless they become part of a contract, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored with our website and hosting providers, who process them on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Contact us at elenafeliciap@yahoo.co.uk.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
